Generally change in skin starts at the age of 30 years. After 35 years of age these changes are fast. At the age of 50 - 65 , skin undergoes more changes. If proper care is given to the skin than the phase of change can be reduced. 
 


Skin is normally of four types:

Normal skin
This type of skin is soft and shiny. People of this kind of skin should get the facial done within one month. Dry skin
Dry skin lacks moisture and oil. Such people should get the facial done within 15 days. Thermo herb mask is best for the dry skin.Oily skin
The glands secretes more sebum, in this type of skin because of which skin is more oily. Generally, its quantity is more on head, nose and chin. This type of skin suffers from the problem of whiteheads and blackheads. Such people should get regular cleansing, toning and moisturizer tone. If they do not suffer from the problem of pimples, than they should get the facial done.Combination skin
In such type of skin, head, nose and chin are oily but cheeks are dry. Pearl facial, oxygen facial can be done on normal, dry and oily skin.
Gold facial should be done after 30 years of age but skin should not be sensitive. Aromatherapy facial gives young and fresh look to the skin. Facial Massage  (a) It has to be done once in fifteen days.
(b) It takes half an hour.
(c) Massage should always be done with light hands. Never do it with heavy hands.
(d) Never pull the skin near the eyes. It may damage the immature wrinkles.
(e) All the movements should be in upper direction.
(f) It tightens the loose skin.
(g) Facial should be done gradually and in a peaceful atmosphere.
(h) Never do massage on skin which has pimples.
(i) After massage apply face pack immediately.  Facial equipment
Towel, Cotton wool, Tissue paper, Cleansing milk, Nutritious cream, Astringent, Skin freshener, Face pack Facial cleanser
Clean the face pack with cleansing milk with the help of cotton wool. 

Facial cream
Start with neck up till head. Do it with nutritious cream. Apply more cream for dry skin. Put two fingers of two hands on chin and take them up till cheekbones in circular movement.
Wipe away the extra cream from cotton wool.  Facial steam
Take steam at face from boiling water. Cover the hair with towel & take steam at face for 3-4 minutes. It will open the pores of skin. 

Facial toner
Now dip the cotton wool with toner & put it on face. It will close the pores of skin. Now dip the cotton wool with toner & put it on face. It will close the pores of skin and clean the dirt. Apply face pack. Home facial
FACIAL WITH ICE CUBES:
It removes wrinkles & dark shadows under eye.
Keeps your skin young.THINGS NEEDED: Milk, Cream, Face pack, Ice cubes.

METHOD: Mix two spoon milk & clotted cream properly. Wash your face with cold water. Cover the hair with cloth & massage your face with cream.

Facial treatmentFacial massage, and specially massage treatment around your eyes can assist in draining of fluids around your eyes.Although massage can be most beneficial – it must be done correctly, with concentration and not be rushed through.First clean your face well and then use a very light textured oil or cream as massage medium to prevent stretching or stressing this fragile skin.You might want to look at almond oil, since this oil is wonderfully emollient, without being heavy and greasy. Another oil that you might consider is jojoba oil, but because of the high cost of pure jojoba oil, it might work out a bit expensive.You could also look at massaging with plain aqueous cream, since it is very economical and is also great to work with.When doing facial massage, please keep your touch SOFT and do not stretch the skin – it must be done gently.If you have long hair, tie it away from your face before doing any facial massage to prevent the oil or cream getting into your hair.When you are finished doing the massage, remove the oil from your eyes by gently washing the area with a very gentle cleanser, or remove the excess oil by blotting it with a tissue. Make sure to remove excess oil or cream from the corners of your eyes, otherwise, as stated above, you might land up with eyes that are even more baggy or swollen.Massage # 1 ·         Place the ring finger (because it is not too strong) of each hand into the inner corners of each eye  and press down gently to the count of three seconds, relax and then slide the fingers gently underneath your eyes towards your temples . When reaching the temples, gently massage in a circular movement. Slide your fingers back gently to the inner corners of your eyes again and repeat seven times. Massage # 2 ·         Place the tip of your right hand middle finger gently where your nose starts and slide it up and down to the tip of your nose  and back 10 times. Then, by using the fingertips of both the middle fingers, gently press towards your face on the point on your cheek and nostrils meet . Release the pressure, and with small circular movements, softly massage all the way up to your temple, following the bone structure under your eyes – taking about 10 seconds to do so. Massage your temples for 5 seconds and then slide your fingers, going back the same way, back to the starting point and repeat the exercise 5 times.
