Getting rid of love handles could prove to be quit a challenge, even tough many people have this problem only few seem to be getting rid of it. How to get rid of love handles is a question many people have asked me over the years, and since I always said to them the same thing, I can also tell it to you.

If you really want to get rid of your love handles, you need to eat healthier and take control of your diet, I’m not talking about becoming a diet junkie, jumping from one ‘miracle′ diet to the other, just focus on avoiding foods that are rich in fat.

Add 3 or 4 30-minute aerobic exercises to your routine each week. You don′t need to sign up at a gym, or buy bodybuilding equipment, jogging 3 or 4 times weekly will do the trick, and over time you will actually begin to enjoy and even (gasp!) look forward to it.

Most are just marketing products that actually do very little in the matter of losing weight overall. Once you have your diet, you should also focus on aerobic exercises such as sit ups, another thing you should keep in mind is cardio exercises, since running and cycling are one of the best exercises for losing fat, also around your waist and on your belly.

So keep in mind, get a good diet, start your exercises with many reps and sets, cardio exercises are an important thing also, make sure you follow these tips and results will come shortly.
