Renting A Suit Is Wrong

Men’s suits have been around for centuries. The human race views these garments as the most important and powerful garments ever created. You’ll find them on business men in every country, the stronger the business and the higher the position, the better the suit.

However, suits are not just used in the business world. Fashionable and formal occasions almost always employ the use of suits. You’ll find these types of suits at weddings, funerals, proms, fashion shows, and award ceremonies.

Every man participating in society will eventually have to don a suit at some point. However, many men may only need to own one suit their entire lifetime. My dad calls his suit his wedding, funeral, and interview suit.

Now that we all agree that a man will need to own a suit, why buy one rather than rent? The main reason for this is because it is much more convenient and economical to buy rather than rent. Many people say it is just the opposite, so I will try to elaborate in the following paragraphs.

I agree that renting a suit can be convenient at times. However, owing a suit is even more convenient than buying one. This is because you have your suit readily available at all times. Having your suit freshly pressed and in your closet at all times allows you to be ready for quickly set up interviews and last minute invitations.

Another reason to own a suit is the ability to choose the garment that looks best on you only once and to then have it forever. Rental companies will not always have your favorite suit in your size on the day you need it.

Lastly a suit purchased will almost always cost you less than the recurring rental fees of a suit. When renting a suit you will need to take into account not just the rental fee but the cost of fuel to get to the rental company and the cost of time lost.

Remember to treat your suit buying event as an investment period rather than a budget breaking event. View your suit purchase as a money saving, rental fee eliminating tool, and you will never go wrong.

One of the most pleasurable and relaxing experiences is getting a whole body massage. All the built up tensions, anxieties and stresses start to melt away as the massage is performed. When people think of massages, they think of a massage therapist working them over little by little to calm and relaxing music. There is something very special about a massage from a trained specialist. Another effective alternative to a massage therapist is a massage chair.

If you get a massage treatment, you expect the massage therapist to work your neck, back, legs, feet, arms and hands. This would be a full body massage. The more advanced massage chair brands have this same capability. Various technologies are used to deliver effective massage therapy to all of these regions. Additionally, some massage chairs have heat, music, traction and can accurately identify areas to target. These whole body massage recliners can provide the full treatment.

Panasonic has the EP30004 massage recliner that can provide full body coverage. The Real Pro Ultra series has 5 automatic programs that perform the following massage therapies: Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep, Arm and Leg Stretch. These massages are performed by sophisticated software driving a mechanical roller system to full back coverage. You can target specific areas with 4 manual courses.

If you are looking for ambience to help in your relaxation, then check out the Montage Premier. The Montage Premier has independent heat controls for the chair back, seat and footrest. Target where you need to apply heat to soothe and comfort. Slip on the headphones and synchronize the massage movements to the tempo of your favorite music. You need to relax your mind and the Omega Montage Premier Massage chair will provide the right environment.

The features that are being added into massage chairs increases every year. The massage programs keep getting more varied and include many more techniques like Hawaiian, Swedish, deep tissue, shiatsu and many more. More complimentary functions are being added such as lower body traction which extends the muscles and ligaments of the lower body. The back massage rollers contain more finger-like mechanisms that replicate the movements of hands. The technology keeps advancing and coupled with software has produced a tremendous variety of massage therapies.

If you have never tried a massage chair, you definitely should. Most people are surprised at how effective it delivers massage therapy. Again, the technology keeps advancing rapidly and even chairs from a few years ago lack many of the new features that are available today. If you have not had a full body massage, then you are really in for a treat. Sometimes there is some discomfort as you start to relax your muscles that have not been touched in a long time. Let the massage penetrate deeply into the muscle tissue. This is always a good gage of your stress level to see if the massage makes squirm a little bit. This is especially true if you have not had one in a while. A whole body massage will help change your attitude and get your body reinvigorated. Let a massage chair deliver a whole body massage to you in your own home.

How do I know If I’m ready for this kind of work? If you are reading this material — then you are, most likely, ready. Why can’t I do it myself? Self-help often gets to be called “shelf-help” to describe the fact that most people who buy books and audio programs never actually use them. I once heard Tony Robbins say his research showed that over half the people who bought his audio programs never even opened the box! (Can you imagine!?) And, over 93% never finished the entire set. They bought a program that has helped thousands of people, but never found the time to listen to the information, not even one time. No, we have no affiliation with any guru or religious group whatsoever.

Feed your Workout the Appropriate Pre-Workout Nutrition

You have to go into every workout with a positive, can-do spirit or you are setting yourself up for failure. You should look at every session that you have at the gym as a battle, thus you will need to approach it armed with the proper mental and physical readiness.

Make sure to eat smart before heading to the gym so that your body has enough energy to deal with the weights as effectively as possible.

There are three basic goals of the pre exercise meals. The first is: Achieve your maximum strength possible. Second: The meal you eat before working out must accomplish three things: making you as strong as possible. Third: Cooling down after a workout is an important step in order to minimize muscle breakdown.

Making sure you are properly hydrated, is the first thing you should do before a workout. Liquids are essential in maintaining strength and stamina, so be sure to drink a sufficient amount of water several hours before your workout.

Your pre-workout meal should be eaten approximately 30 to 45 minutes before you enter the gym. The initial ingredient in this meal is, obviously, protein. Maintaining an anabolic workout state helps prevent muscle breakdown and this protein will help you do that.

Whey protein makes for a great pre-workout choice because it helps to prevent muscle catabolism during your workout. Mixing your whey with milk is a good idea because this will slow down the release of the protein and provide your body with a steady stream of amino acids throughout your workout.

You should take 1-2 portions of low-glycemic carbohydrates with your protein shake. Before the work outs it is best to take low glycemic carbohydrates because they are broken down and absorbed slowly, which gives the body a constant stream of energy as long as the workouts last.

When you consume high glycemic carbohydrates that are rapidly released into your bloodstream, your body will release a surge of insulin in an effort to level out your blood sugar. This is the last thing you want in the middle of a high intensity workout, so choose carbohydrates that won’t cause this rapid fluctuation in insulin levels.

Oatmeal, apples or brown rice are good pre-workout carbohydrate choices. These foods will fuel your body with a steady stream fo sugars throughout the workout, keeping your energy levels continually peaked. For easy digestion and to prevent you from feeling sick when you train, eat only a small pre-workout meal. It is best to excersise after eating.

This is a review of the mid range massage chair the SA 5000 by Sanyo. This review covers 5 different categories including Warranty & Customer Service, Comfort/Ergonomics, Ease of Use, Features and Massage Therapy. We give equal weight to each category which can earn up to 20 points. The scores of the individual categories are summed to give an overall rating of a possible 100 points. We have found this system to cover the salient points of the massage chair. Let us take a look at the SA 5000.

Warranty & Customer Service: The warranty coverage helps to reduce your risk in any electronics purchase. This gives you protection of defects from manufacturing of the product. The SA 5000 comes with the following warranty coverage: 1 year parts, 3 years roller mechanism, 1 year labor and 1 year in home technician service. We think the 1 year in home technician service is a good addition for Sanyo. We would like to see all parts covered for 3 years like the top manufacturers do. The customer service is good. Sanyo has a 24/7 call center which is technically competent. The SA-5000 earns a 15 in this category.

Comfort & Ergonomics: This section looks at the ergonomics of the design for comfort and relaxation. This chair comes with padded armrests which are soft and comfortable. The head support pillow is adjustable and contoured to support the head. The back pad is plush and well padded. The leg ottoman is in a fixed position and cannot be adjusted. This can be a drawback to taller users. The layout of the remote control is good and within easy arms reach. There is a wired sub remote that has minimal adjustments included. The SA5000 earns a 15 in this category.

Ease of Use: Massage chairs have evolved to full body massage loungers. This is an excellent development, but on the flip side, manufacturers need to ensure that their product remain simple and easy to use. The SA 5000 remote control is fairly straightforward to use. It has 4 single touch automatic programs. You have a Program Memory button that memorizes the last few minutes of massage and will store it for future use. There is a side panel that contains the manual massage functions. The SA 5000 comes with a wired sub remote. This sub remote has the pulse monitoring system and has the program memory function and enables you to work the foot rest and chair back. This recliners earns an 18 in this category.

Key Features: The prominent features in the Sanyo SA 5000 are the Stiffness Detection Sensor and the GK Rollers. The stiffness detection sensor is based on lie detection technology. This sensor detects stress points throughout your whole back. The stiffness detection gauges fatigue by monitoring changes in your perspiration and pulse rate. This information is then fed into the computer and the software will adjust the massage programs to target areas of stiffness or tight muscles. The GK Rollers are specially designed rollers that have the capability to perform a grip or grasping massage. The GK roller technology ?reaches out? and grabs you. This is especially effective for the neck and shoulder area. These rollers squeeze your shoulders and neck area to emulate the grasping and kneading of a professional masseuse. Our rating in this category is 18.

Massage Therapy: The SA 5000 comes with automatic programs, 4 programs stored in the Memory Program, 4 manual massage techniques and 4 massage courses for the back. The automatic programs are Stiffness, Relax, Recovery and Fine. There are 5 adjustments for both the massage speeds and roller width adjustments. There is the Grip massage which effectively targets the neck and shoulders. For the lower body, this recliner comes with 24 airbags to provide relief for the feet, calves and thighs. There are specially designed airbags that provides a multi-point shiatsu massage. This provides a penetrating and soothing massage. We give the SA-5000 an 18 in this category.

How does the Sanyo SA-5000 stack up? We give this massage chair an 84/100 in our overall rating. There is some innovative technology contained in this mid range model. We are impressed with the GK roller system which is also in the high end Sanyo model. This provides superior coverage of the neck and shoulder regions. The warranty coverage is a bit light on the parts side and you may want to consider an extended warranty. The memory program is another nice feature enabling the chair to memorize a particular massage and its settings for repeat use. If you are looking at a mid range massage chair, this one is definitely worth a serious look.
