2. Stop eating Fried foods as they have very high fat content. Use alternative methods of cooking like steaming or grilling your food. When you steam your food or grill them , all the fats of the food will be released instead of being soak in. This is a great way to have nutritious food while not having the fats in them.

3.Building up your muscles will also helps you to reduce your weight. This is because when you have more muscles you will be able to burn more fats faster thus leading to faster weight loss. The only way where you can get more muscles is just by exercising more. This is unavoidable. While during the muscles build up period, you will actually find for a short period of time that you will be gaining weight. This is because muscles are heavier than fats. But as time passes by, after your body has burn up all the excess fats, you will be just left with lean muscles.

4.Setting realistic goal is also another important matter to consider. A lot of people do not achieve their goals of losing their weight because they had set put with unrealistic goals. When they find it difficult to reach their goals, they will just become disappointed and give up. Just be realistic and aim for something real and achievable like a healthy lifestyle.
