Wrinkle Reduction: Drinking Water Is Pointless, Unless…
Wrinkle Reduction, or the prevention thereof can be achieved by hydrating your body properly by drinking lots of water…or at least, that’s what we’re told. Not so fast.
You can drink all the water you want, but if the skin cells in your body don’t retain moisture very well, you might as well save your bladder the trouble. When we are young, or bodies normally produce sufficient amounts of what is known as Glucosoamine. The key role of Glucosamine is to hold moisture in the skin. In essense, it is an extremely effective natural moisturizer - far more effective than anything cosmetic you apply to your skin. It is the reason why your skin stay plump and fresh when you’re young, as it provides mechanical support for your skin cells.
It is also a huge reason why your face looses its plumpness/fullness as you get older. Just like with collagen, as you age, your Glucosoamine levels drop off, along with your skin’s ability to retain water - leaving you with the sometimes frustrating pursuit of wrinkle reduction.
THIS IS GOOD NEWS!
What? Why?! Because you are now armed with this knowledge, and thanks to advancements in anti aging science, Glucosoamine supplements are available at most health food stores. When you start supplementing your body with this crucial anti aging body chemical, your body will thank you by retaining the water you put into it. And guess what that means?
Wrinkle Reduction. Age prevention. And the privilege of keeping that wonderfully young plump look (plump as in the tissues in your face like collagen, etc) far beyond what you thought possible.
Why haven’t you been iinformed of this before??
I asked myself the same question when I studied this research. All I know is that I’m grateful that I know about it now. I take Glucosoamine regularly, along with my daily wrinkle reduction cream (we need all the help we can get!). And boy, is that powerful combo making a difference!
There are a few types of Glucosoamine on the market today. From my research, the most potent type is Glucosoamine Sulfate. Another popular one in stores is Glucosoamine Hydrochloride, but studies have found this type to not flex its wrinkle reduction muscle nearly as well as Glucosoamine Sulfate.
OK, so drinking water isn’t completely pointless, as we do need water! However, from your skin’s point of view, you’re looking at a different story.
The bottomline: Increasing skin moisture equals fuller, younger looking skin. Incorporate the regular use of Glucosoamine Sulfate with a quality anti wrinkle moisturizer and you’re way ahead of most people’s anti aging regimen - and on your way to finding yourself smiling in the mirror a lot more often!
