Network Marketing is all about rapid growth of an organization and nothing grows an organization as quickly as news spreading of people making money quickly. This type of enthusiasm is contagious and that is why all of the best networkers will tell you, quick growth and long term success are “all about the comp plan”.

Network marketers know that the secret to growing their organizations is a complete understanding of their comp plan and how to get their people taking advantage of it quickly. You simply cannot find a top earner who is not skilled in their understanding of how to maximize their income and the income of their organization.

It’s not as easy to duplicate your success and it seems, but the top guys making the big money in this industry know how to do it. Being able to bring new people into the organization and teaching them to duplicate your success is what it’s all about. The leaders of Kiiera now this well and have designed the compensation play for Kiiera to maximize this concept.

The company knew the basic model that they would use - a unilevel binary. Binary comp plans have been proven in network marketing to be highly successful, of that there is no doubt. But Kiiera wanted to make it better, refine it, find ways to help people just getting started. This is where things get interesting. The company knows that duplication is vital to the growth of the company and what better way to stimulate growth than to create incentives for people just getting started with the company to allow them to be successful quickly. You see many people will simply not stick it out in the trenches if they’re not getting into profit quickly. While binaries can become highly lucrative over time, they have been criticized for their slow initial income growth for the average salesperson.

Kiiera management knew that it needed to make the basic binary type plan much more successful for the average salesperson. There are a couple of things that they added that really differentiate this comp plan from other binaries. They have created various bonuses designed to pay out early to new people in the organization. In fact, the veterans will not be eligible for these bonuses - that is how they will maximize the bonus pool for the new affiliates. They also come up with some early advancement bonuses and the ability to even make money on your “large” leg in the binary.

The main purpose of all of these extra bonuses in the comp plan is to get new affiliates making $300 to $500 a month quickly. Most people looking to start a home based business are looking to make that extra $500 a month, so these numbers are critical. Obviously Kiiera is in touch with the market and knows what is necessary to get their company on the fast track to growth and expansion.

Exfoliators: Who Needs Them?

At any age, a woman wants her skin to look as good as possible. Exfoliators and masks help your skin do just that. They are both necessary because they do two different things. Exfoliators scrub and invigorate, while facial masks calm and soothe the skin.

Also called scrubs, exfoliators are designed to “scrub” away dry or dead skin cells. Made of dried fruits, nuts, sugars, salts, and/or grains (i.e. oats, wheat, etc.), grasses and flowers, these items are finely ground for the face and coarsely ground for the body. These ground particles are added to creams, lotions, oils as well as liquid and compressed (bar) soaps.

Why Do I Need an Exfoliator?

Many people are not aware of the fact that their skin renews itself every 25 days and that ashy, flaky feeling skin is just dead skin cells that haven’t been removed. The body is able to withstand larger particles and although they’re not designed to be abrasive or scratch the skin, if exfoliators are used with excessive pressure - they will.

It’s not common knowledge that skin renews itself every 25 days or that flaky or ashy skin is just dry skin that needs to be removed. Men’s faces need exfoliating too and the bottom half receives that through shaving. The top halfcould use a weekly scrub to keep the face evenly smooth.

What Do They Do?

In order for your skin’s natural oils to come to the surface, your dead skin cells should be sloughed off and with correct use, exfoliators also polish the skin which leaves it feeling soft and smooth. When you don’t use an exfoliator, those cells pile up and the results can be hair bumps or acne, especially in dryer skin areas like your back or shoulders.

How Do I Use Exfoliators?

If your skin type is combination, a lotion exfoliator will work best; for dry skin, cream based products are more effective if you have sensitive skin, look for a baking soda based scrub, they’re more gentle and for those with oily skin, gel based products work best for you. While your face is still wet, place a teaspoon of your exfoliator on your wet face cloth.

For about 30 seconds, gently scrub in circular motions around your face and neck. Rinse well to remove all grains and pat dry with a clean towel. Finish with your toner, gel or cream for the eye area and facial moisturizers.

Women often believe that scrubbing longer or more often than recommended will result in better looking skin; it doesn’t and it could make your skin extremely dry. Companies formulate their products to respond to the recommended time that will give the best resultsExfoliator directions usually recommend a twice weekly use, so if you follow the directions, you’ll enjoy the benefits of your home facial.

Myths about Wearing High Heels

Recent years have given way to much controversy about the negative effects of high heels on your body. Doctors tut when women come to them with back problems, osteopaths sigh, and the health sections of newspapers go all out to warn us about the evils of the stiletto. But are they really that bad? Granted, high heels make your calves a little tender for a couple of days after you’re worn them, and your feet may be slightly sore, but once you wear heels on a regular basis, your body gets used to them - and your calves and feet will be stronger for it.

It is high time someone put these rumours to rest. Some people have done so already: earlier this year, an article was published by the BBC which argued that high heels do have benefits on the body. Here we shall challenge three of the most common myths regarding stilettos, and proceed to look at the ways in which your body can benefit from them.

Myth #1: High heels are a source of back problems. Senior osteopaths say this is not necessarily the case. Only those with a pre-disposition for back injuries are likely to get one - but that doesn’t mean all of us will suffer as a result of wearing heels. While it is true that walking on 8-inch stilettos for days on end can result in too much pressure being put on the front of the ankles (which leads to postural problems) if you wear your heels wisely, this should not be a problem. Instead of walking to work in high heels, for instance, keep the stilettos at the office and commute to work in your trainers.

Myth #2 : Stilettos cause the lower back and neck to become stiff. Not exactly. Stiffness, osteopaths claim, has less to do with the fact that you’re wearing heels, and more to do with how you wear them. If you are already experiencing postural problems even without wearing shoes (such as tilting your back), then of course stilettos will problem make that problem worse as they add pressure to the lower back. If you make sure you are standing straight and assume the right posture before you slip on the heels, however, you avoid any future problems. If fact, high heels often have the tendency to correct a woman’s posture, as they help them balance their weight. Stiffness is therefore no a direct result of wearing stilettos.

Myth #3: Heels are bad for your muscles in general. Again, a common misconception. Your muscles can become sore by wearing heels excessively, but this can all be avoided as suggested for Myth #1. In fact, a recent study reveals that women who wear stilettos have tighter pelvic muscles and stronger legs. As long as you vary the type of shoe you are wearing every day, you face no danger of overexerting your muscles.

Another interesting advantage of stilettos -as the BBC article revealed - is that they can improve your sex life. The article quotes a study conducted by Italian Urologist Dr. Cerruto in which she explains that the heel forces the foot in an angle so that it exercises and strengthens the pelvic floor functions. A woman’s pelvic muscles are very important to sexual performance, so the notion that intercourse may be improved simply by wearing heels is a welcoming one indeed.

Despite the many myths that float around regarding stilettos, there is always a solution for your individual needs. As long as you pay attention to the cues your body gives off, and you wear high heels in moderation, there should be no reason for you to sacrifice those sexy stilettos.

The Danger About Drugs in Our Drinking Water

It was very unnerving to find out that eighty two different contaminates have been found in our surface waters. This was found due to the use of highly sensitive testing methods. Many different types of dangerous prescription medicines, and narcotics were found. They also found various pesticides and other hazardous substances commonly used in farming, gardening and weed control.

This was rather alarming to me so I decided to do some more research about the chemicals that may be in the water we drink, cook, and shower in every day. My findings led me to believe we need to seriously consider water filtration systems for our homes to protect us from the health hazards these chemicals could possibly cause. We should also think about the harm we are doing to the environment as a whole.

I found documented information on the internet about these chemicals, prescription drugs, fertilizers, and more in connection with our drinking water supply. The question is what is this free flow of toxins going into our ground water doing to the environment? If it continues, what problems will we have in the future?

Frogs have been found with too many legs and various other defects and strange abnormalities. Fish, amphibians, and plants that live in our waters are examples of the effect a polluted environment can have on the biological development of all life forms. It could be bad news for us because we drink and bathe in this water every day. We also consume the fish and plants that have absorbed these contaminates.

These chemicals and prescriptions have been around for many years and nothing has been found in the water until lately. Why is that? Until recently the equipment used to test the water was not sophisticated enough to detect these toxins. Researchers from Europe, water testing facilities in the United States, and university students were responsible for spreading the word about their findings.

The chemicals found in low levels include hormones, estrogens, birth control, antibiotics, mood stabilizers, calcium blockers, and a host of other pharmaceuticals, pain killers, and over the counter medications.

Our bodies do not always absorb all the medicines we take, the rest is flushed down the toilet and makes its way back into our water supply. In addition to these, mercury, arsenic, PCB’s, DDT, and DES are found with many new ones being discovered every year.

Believe it or not all of these can be removed with the technology we have. This is not getting done due to lack of concern or lack of money to fund the process it would require to do it. Our water, which already has toxins and chemicals in it is having more chemicals put into it to remove bacteria after it goes from our toilet to the treatment plant. The solid wastes are filtered out leaving the toxins such as DDT and mercury in, and adding even more chemicals to make it “safe” to drink.

The water then comes back to our homes for us to use or is bottled and sold to us will little else done to purify it. Some is sent back into the environment to our wells, rivers and streams.

The only solution to this growing problem is to protect yourself at the only water source you can control. In addition to safely disposing of unused medication in other ways, you can also filter the water you use in your home and garden.

You can find a system to filter your water that will take out most of the toxins in your water. You can get the ones to filter your whole water system or just put one on your faucet. You may even want to install one on every faucet in the house for maximum protection.

The reverse osmosis, nano-filtration, activated carbon, and home distillation are highly recommended because they are the most effective in removing the most contaminates. The next one down the line is the membrane filters, these must be installed properly and changed regularly or they will lose their effectiveness.

You need to have your water tested at a testing facility or buy your own test kit to use at home. You should test your water at regular intervals to confirm that your filter is working properly.

How would you like to build muscles without any weights? Many may say that this is impossible, but this is something that can definitely be accomplished using the right methods and techniques. Here’s a list of the things you need to do to build the muscle you want without any weights.

1) Stick with the Basics

You can easily build the muscle you want by sticking to basic exercises that you can do anywhere and that doesn’t require any special equipment to use. You remember the calisthenics you did in grade school. Well exercises such as sit ups, press ups, push ups, etc. can be all the you need to build real muscle quickly. Now you’re not going to look like Arnold Schwaneger using the basic exercises, but if you are just starting with weights, this can be a good way to start. However, like anything, you’ll get what you put in, so you’ll need exercise regularly to see any results.

2) Arms without Weights

Although these general exercises are beneficial, to see real results you will need to concentrate on specific muscle groups. This is the best way to build muscle without weights. Building up the biceps, which is a common starting point amongst aspiring bodybuilders, is not easily done without weights. Probably the best way of going about this is just to use something in place of the weights, such as cans of food. Put the cans into a bag, and you have a makeshift weight to lift.

3-Chest

Every bodybuilder wants to work their chest, as this is what gives the appearance of a well built body. To effectively build muscle without weights for your chest, the muscles called the pectoral muscles, one of the simple possibilities is to make regular press ups harder to do. One easy way of accomplishing this is to put your feet up on a chair, making all the weight go in to your arms. You will find these a lot harder to do than the standard press up, so be prepared.

4) Shoulders without Weights

The inclined push-up we revealed in building your chest can also build the shoulders. But if you really want to isolate your shoulder muscles without weights try doing pull-ups. Pull-ups, if done correctly, are difficult to do but will build your shoulder muscles nicely. Further, if you widen your grip you should be able to really isolate your shoulder muscles and build them up quickly.

With the right set up, it is possible to build a great set up muscles without the use of weights. You can start without expensive gym memberships or home equipment. Get started with your own weight free routine today.
