Learn which foods can help you lose weight. These foods are said to take more calories for your body to break them down than they give you in return.
Well unfortunately there are no magic foods however there are certain foods that will burn calories and help suppress hunger. Catabolic Foods will actually burn off more calories than you ingest, eating foods like celery, oranges and broccoli (additional foods listed below) will burn off more calories chewing and digesting these foods than they contain. Here is a short list of some catabolic foods:
