The temperature’s in the 70’s right now, which is right around what native Floridians call “cool weather”. Of course this would be a monstrous heat wave in Long Island, where I’ve spent most of my life.

2. Nutrition is very important. That whole “eat the rainbow” thing is actually good advice. Vegetables and fruits come in lots of different colors. Brighter colors mean more anti-oxidants.

3. For men, varying degrees of impotence (or “E.D.” as they call it today) past age 35 are often a sign of artery blockages, and should be checked out immediately. And don′t just settle for an annual physical. See a cardiologist, and get your heart tested. The earlier you start making changes the better off you’re going to be.
