Weight lifting gives you quicker results than simply walking or biking. But you shouldn’t turn your back on your cardio routine either. It’s essential to your body. Strive for a mix of 50% weight workouts and 50% cardio workouts.
Here’s a good routine to get you going in the morning: 30 minutes of cardio like going for a walk. Add your weights around mid day. Make sure not to work the same group of muscles each day. Your breaking them down so let them rebuild and recover. This is how your muscles grow and get stronger.
