There are several uses for relaxation music. Some enjoy relaxation music while eating dinner at home, or while going for a walk with the headphones on. Others prefer to listen to relaxation music while they are receiving a massage or practicing yoga, or about to fall asleep.

There are so many types of relaxation music that is difficult for some of us to make a decision about what type of relaxation music works best for us. However, there are reasons why some types of relaxation music are more relaxing than others.

While different types of relaxation music have more pronounced effectiveness than other types, nevertheless there is a specific type of relaxation music that stands out from the rest in the relaxation or meditation music genre. I am speaking about relaxation music that not includes soothing music or nature sounds, but brainwave altering binaural beats or isochronic tones as well.

Simply by listening to relaxation music embedded with either isochronic tones or binaural beats your brainwaves can be changed in such a way that you actually experience the benefits of the accompanying brainwave state that the binaural beats or isochronic tones help induce in you.

For example: Normally when we are awake and active during the day our brainwaves are at a beta brainwave level. If someone were to measure our brainwaves with an EEG device they would find that beta waves are the dominant frequency during busy anxious thinking. But if you listen to a relaxation cd or mp3 that is embedded with, for example, binaural beats that are programmed with a frequency of 7.83 hz, then your mind will fall from an active beta level of 22 hz to a very relaxed borderline alpha/theta level of 7.83 hz. Meditation accomplishes this, but it takes a lot more practice.

If you don’t have the time nor the inclination to meditate, then relaxation music embedded with either binaural beats or isochronic tones will give you the same relaxing states of consciousness as does meditation. The difference is this type of relaxation music will bring you to a relaxed state much faster than meditation.

It is worth noting that binaural beats and isochronic tones without some kind of soothing music mixed in can be kind of dull to listen to (although some brainwave enthusiasts prefer plain binaural beats or isochronic tones rather than music backed versions.)

People also have different tastes in music, and it comes down to matter of personal preference. But when it comes to binaural beats and isochronic tones it is more about therapy - a complete mental makeover. It all ties in with training one’s brain, and improving one’s life, by regularly listening to cd’s or mp3’s embedded with binaural beats or isochronic tones. This is very similar to what regular meditation accomplishes, but much faster.

Gradually becoming one of the great new leaders in brain & mind technology is brainwave entrainment. The time being is a nightmare to all investors around the world. World index falls quicker and deeper than anyone ever could imagine. Writing this article in October 2008 we can see that fear and panic are spread even to common people. Is the global finance structure about to collapse? Is this the Doomsday? I will tell you how I think as a Psychic Spiritual Life Coach.

You have to go back to the Depression in 1929 to find something this serious within the global economy. During that dark time in history when fortunes disappeared into nothing, investors killed themselves in desperation.

Now and then, looking back in history, such collapses happen. From a Spiritual point of view, I announce that even the financial system has a soul which breathe and pulsate in its own rhythm, shown as wave patterns in for example stock charts. These historic wave patterns are well studied and researched among scientists.

As a Spiritual Life Coach specialized in the Law Of Attraction, I see today’s global financial situation as a mirror of the way majority of people breathe, in their stressful lives. The breathing in the financial system and the breathing within each and every human being on earth is connected to each other in a common breathing pulse. I venture to say, that the global crisis is directly attracted from the collective breathing in humanity today

In the stressful lives that most people live today, people get difficulty to breath properly. The breathing becomes shallow and short which will eventually lead towards a weakened ability to breathe out. This is also exactly what has happened to the financial structure of the world.

In order to stop this, a crisis is taken place. The underlying meaning is to heal and to re-establish a peaceful breathing pulse within the economy, as well as within each and every human being on earth. The sooner you and everyone else reconnect to a peaceful state of mind, the sooner the global finances will get back to normal again.

If you want to be a part of the global economy healing process, investigate your own breathing and start calm down your own mind by deep and slow breathing. One way to improve your breathing is to practice the following exercise:
While counting to 4 seconds, take a deep breath.
While counting to 12 seconds, hold your breath.
While counting to 8 seconds, breath out fully.
Repeat this exercise at least ten times and do it three times every day.
If you are calm and peaceful, this exercise will be easy to do, if not, you probably need to calm down…

And remember, each and one of us that breathe calm and peaceful will reflect peace and calm back to the global financial breathing pulse.

We have always seen in the movies or television that a person can be “brainwash” and controlled. It has always spiked our curiosity whether such a situation can really occur to us where none of the thought or actions are our own. Yes, we have always wondered whether our actions can be controlled by others just be using hypnosis. These questions are actually two of the main driving force which propel people to want to know more about hypnosis.

The control of thoughts and actions of others falls under the study of subliminal hypnosis. Subliminal actually is derived from the Latin word “Limen” which means threshold or Limit.
