Like any invasive method, liposuction has its share of disadvantages, risks and dangers. Though considered as minimally invasive, one should also take note of the dangers of liposuction. The risk would be minimized if a experienced and qualified surgeon would perform the operation, using tumescent anesthesia in an outpatient setting. Even though these conditions may be met, there is still a small margin of error, so accidents are still possible. One should be aware of these before undergoing such a procedure.

Here are some of the risks and dangers of liposuction:

1. The procedure will have side effects. One will surely experience some soreness, fluid drainage, swelling, bruising, pain as well as numbness on the affected area. This depends on the kind of procedure involved, as well as the person’s own capability to recover. One might endure this for a few weeks to several months. This is normal and not life threatening though.

2. One may experience other complications such as infection on the affected area. This might happen during or after the operation. Bacteria may enter through the open punctures and spread throughout the skin. Skin discoloration, tenderness as well as redness are the common results. Other patients may have fever and vomiting.

3. Another danger of liposuction is embolism. This is when the fat cells enter into the bloodstream through damaged blood vessels. These fat cells can go up to the lungs and brain. When one experiences shortness of breath or difficulty in breathing after the operation(this is most likely to happen within 3 days after the procedure), seek medical help immediately.

4. Organ failure is another possible side effect of liposuction. Sometimes the surgeon may not be aware that the cannula used for the suctioning is too close to an organ. This is often happening in the stomach liposuction, where the intestines might be punctured by the cannula.

5. Individuals who have undergone liposuction procedure should also be careful about fluid imbalance. In some procedures, fluids are injected into the body so as to reduce fluid loss. This might result into some serious complications such as pulmonary edema, or fluid in the lungs, or other problems in the kidney.

6. Another pressing risk is lidocaine overdose. When there is too much lidocaine, the patient may suffer convulsions, shivering and even heart problems.

7. Persons who have undergone liposuction surgery have higher risk of failing with succeeding surgical procedures. Some have other procedures in order to repair the damage done after liposuction. This is usually the case for people who have sagging skin, since liposuction may cause the skin to sag, which is very unsightly. This will lead to longer recovery times and higher risks in developing complications.

Your doctor should inform you of the dangers of liposuction before letting you undergo the procedure. The decision is still in your hands, as you weigh these things, so make the best decision.

The problems many couple have trying for a child are becoming more commonplace but this still something that is not talked about generally. Couples feel helpless and isolated when they learn that they have little chance of conceiving and while this is not necessarily a disease, this disorder can cause the same amount of stress and dismay for both partners.

The problems associated with male infertility can still be difficult for the man but there are many falsehoods about the condition that really need to be addressed. It is always easier to make decisions when they have been reached because the correct information has been supplied.

A couple are said to be infertile if they have been trying for a child for a full year and female infertility is where a woman has not been able to carry a baby for the full pregnancy. Male infertility is generally connected with hormonal disorders, obstruction in the reproductive system, sexual dysfunction, or recurring illness and is actually the state of inability rather than a specific disease. Therefore diagnosing this disorder requires a holistic approach that should cover everything regarding a man’s health, it is unfortunate however, that half of infertile men are irreversibly infertile which severely restricts their ability to father children.

Male infertility falls into two main categories; those that have had it all their lives and those that have developed it at some point. Cases of congenital male infertility have been present since the person’s birth whereas acquired male infertility has been caused by outside influences.

Treatment involving radiation therapy can cause male sterility as can other medication for high blood pressure for instance but other conditions such as diabetes and sexually transmitted diseases can also cause the problem. There are other times where male infertility could be the result of situations where he is laid up like those where a high fever is involved, a serious infection or kidney conditions for instance.

The male hormone testosterone is responsible for the development of the male sexual organs and where there is a reduction in this hormone then infertility can result. Over the years the methods fertility specialists have developed has been refined and now the causes of infertility in a couple starts with the male as it is easier to look for inconsistencies in the male’s reproductive system than in a female’s reproductive system.

An investigation of family history is the first diagnostic method in detecting the causes of one’s infertility and a doctor will try to establish if the causes are congenital or acquired as they learn more about a patient’s family history. Once the cause of male infertility is established, the doctor can recommend a set of treatments to make conception between the couple possible as each treatment addresses a certain cause and unlike other conditions, male infertility can be solved with specific types of treatment.

When you break up with someone you love, you go through lots of painful emotions. You feel sad, depressed and hurt, and you miss them. What should I do to get my ex back? becomes a question you constantly ask yourself.

If worrying about how to get back your ex has become an obsession, here’s a few opening steps to take… These simple steps will give you a very good chance at success.

Playing games won’t work, so don’t do it. You will often feel a sense of power when playing games and manipulating your ex, but it will backfire. Any sense of power gained by manipulation won’t last long.

Even if you are able to gain a short term victory, it will be tainted and you won’t get the enjoyment you would have if you had you done it right.

For example, it’s common to try to make your ex jealous by pretending to date or be in love with someone else. While this CAN work - sometimes - for a little while, it almost always backfires and makes the breakup permanent.

Watch how you act. In the heat of battle we sometimes treat our exes in ways that we know we shouldn’t. Even though you are in pain, the fact that you even want to get back together shows that you are open to forgiving them. If you weren’t in a forgiving state of mind, you wouldn’t want them back, you be glad to be out of it.

Now, think about how youve been acting. If you were your ex, would you look forward to spending time with you or talking to you? Or would you dread each time? Work very hard at controlling your anger and hurt, and being a person they can miss.

Make your ex remember what drew them to you in the first place. Theyll remember your good points and will miss them. Then youll have a better chance of being able to get back together with your ex.

These are just the basic, beginning steps involved in getting your ex back. The next steps will almost always work if done correctly, but they’re counterintuitive. to learn the rest of the plan that almost always works, click the link in my signature file…

Did you recently go through the trauma of a breakup with your boyfriend and now want him back? Do you feel as though you’ve suffered a knockout punch since he (or you) ended your relationship? do you feel like you have a huge gaping pit in your heart - where he used to be? Here are some tips, and ideas to get an ex boyfriend back.

To begin, don’t start chasing after him! Kill any thoughts of stalking, texting, emails and sobbing phone calls. Just “happening″ to be where HE “happens” to be - is out! Behavior like this is a major turn-off. Men are naturally programed to chase after what they want. That’s how you will get your ex boyfriend back.

Instead of chasing him, step back and start to work on yourself. You are likely feeling loss and pain right now so this will not be easy, but being a more positive person is vital to winning an ex boyfriend back. You have to completely purge these negative emotions and get more positive - it’s likely to take some time.

When you think about your relationship, concentrate on the good parts - the strengths. Remember the good times. When you do run into your ex, discuss the good times and positive experiences, not the fights. Keep in mind, he’s not in the best place right now either, you may have to remind him of what actually worked in the relationship.

To this end, focus your energy by working on your strengths. For instance, if your boyfriend always praised you on being a good cook, take a gourmet cooking class. Get even better at the things you are good at doing.

In addition, shore up your weaknesses too! If he complained about you being a slob, get in the habit of picking up after yourself. To get ex boyfriend back, work at becoming a better person first.

If someone asks you out on a date, accept it. You don’t have to be head over heals in love with a guy to go out to dinner with him. Having some fun and enjoying the attentions of a new man will be very good for your ego and self assurance.

Soon, your ex will start to see the desirable qualities in you and want to get back in your life.

These opening steps are easy, the next steps are a bit trickier and counterintuitive. To find out where to go from here, click the link in my signature file…

How Can I Get My Ex Back After A Breakup

No doubt you’ve been experiencing a tough time since your breakup. You probably don’t act or even feel like your old self. It can frequently seem as though life has lost it’s meaning. Every waking though revolves around getting your ex back.

Getting back with someone who broke up with you can be a very difficult task. It’s usually easier to work out a relationship while you’re still in it; as opposed to when it has ended.

Having said that, it is still possible to get your ex back even after a breakup. But, before you launch into your campaign to get your ex back, make sure you are doing it for the right reasons. Make sure you aren’t doing it just because you are in the habit of being with them.

First - and you absolutely can’t skip this - is to get your feelings and emotions under control. Being desperate, clingy, and weepy will push them away. Get control of your emotions before attempting any contact or it could permanently destroy your chances. They may have just started to miss you when you call all sobbing and weepy - they’ll start thinking the breakup was a good idea.

During your “healing″ time, your best move is to stop worrying about them and start living your own life. Prove to them and more importantly to yourself that you can handle it. Don’t let your daily routines slip. Keep your grooming intact, keep your hairstyle neat (or even try a new one) wear clothes that cheer you up. Contact your friends and do things with them.

If you’re staying active and living your life without bothering them, you will have a better chance to get them back. Counterintuitive, but true. If you stay out of contact with them, no calls, no email, no text messages, nothing, you’ll probably find that they will eventually call you, or get in touch with you.

Keep any meetings with them short. Don’t start getting emotional and expressing your feelings now! You could even be somewhat aloof. It’s not what they were expecting and could throw them off. Make sure you look your best when you meet with them, not like you’ve been sitting around pining away. No physicality at this point - stay away from hugs and kisses! People want what they can’t have and if you are a little standoffish, it will help spark their desire for you. As a first move, you are well along the road to getting your ex back. Take it slow and easy, don’t be tempted to rush it.

The next best steps are a bit harder to get right and are even more counterintuitive. To learn more, check out the links in my signature file.
