Optimal nutrition is a standard, but there is no standard for “super nutrition”. In order to grow muscle mass, you need extra calories, but you will gain more fat if you eat foods that in your free way which will generate a lot of extra calories that over the needed of growing your muscle.

It is better to control your extra calories for gaining your muscle at 15~20 percent of your daily calories needs. Don’t go any higher if your calories intake fallen in this range.

Be careful your nutrition sources.

Healthy, unsaturated fats, carbohydrate with high fibers and lean proteins should be your main food sources. Food plays a large role in muscle building. You should always keep away from saturated fats, intake natural fiber carbohydrates to stabilize the level of your blood sugar and eat more red lean meats.

Begin cardio exercise.

Cardio workout is less important for build bulk muscle, but it will help you gain less fat. You don’t need to go overboard, it is just an additional workout. Just keep cardio workout high strength and short. Keep the workout within 10 to 20 minutes long that can help maintain your muscle mass.

Once you’ve gained big muscle mass that you are pleased, and then it’s time to switch to fat loss exercises and focus on that to help you drop extra body fat and keep your muscle mass level. You will gain muscle and fat at the same time. It is an inevitable truth. Instead of trying to totally avoid gaining fat, you should learn how to make fat storage as little as possible in muscle building process.

Discovering how to build muscle fast involves using the best muscle building program for you. Determining what your best muscle building program is depends on whether you are trying to build muscle mass fast or gradually, and your body type. The best muscle building programs usually include drop sets, negatives, flexing and strip sets.

Drop sets are done with dumbbells. Start with a slightly heavy set of dumbbells, do one set and then do a repetition with a lighter set of dumbbells, then another repetition with a lighter set again. You should rest for several seconds between each repetition, but the key is to force yourself to do more after you feel you have reached your limit.

Not everyone knows what negatives are. And they are just as important as the positive types of weight lifting. While positive weight lifting pushing the weight away from your body, negatives pull the weight towards you. Both types are important for the best muscle building routines. The most effective way of adding strength to a weak bench press is with negatives. How do you do this? Place the bar as high as you comfortably can, and simply bring the weight down toward you.

Flexing is another important technique for building strength. Flexing should be carried out between each other type of weight training that you use in your routine - during the periods that you would call your resting periods. Flexing also ensures that you keep your muscles pumped throughout your routine.

Strip sets should always be done at the end of your weight lifting session. Stripping one or two plates from the set while you are performing your lifting routine will help you manage a larger number of repetitions with greater ease.

Bodybuilders are encouraged to eat five or six mini meals instead of three regular meals. The time of the day you eat your protein affects our muscle growth, you should eat your largest amounts of protein at your post breakfast field, right before bed and after your workout.

Many people use protein shakes and protein bars to help them get the amount of protein that their body needs in a convenient manner. Everyone who is looking to build their muscles and achieve a great look is wondering what the best exercise is to increase the size of the chest. When you take a look at all of the exercises that people are using in the local gym, you will notice that most of them are using the bench press. There is a very good reason for this. The bench press is a great way to work out the muscles of the chest and gain an increase in size. There are some other exercises that you can use to increase the muscles in this area as well.

The other exercises that you can do for your chest are:

Flyes With A Flat Bench

Flyes With An Inclined Bench

Incline Flyes

Cable Crossovers

Dips

If you are looking to increase your chest area, you should concentrate on the bench press and dips. They are very good exercises for giving you a complete workout. If you are trying to increase your size , these exercises are a very good choice for you to use.

Here’s the best way to do bench press:

1. Lay back on the bench and keep the line of the bar directly over your sight.

2. You should always use a spotter if you are going to be lifting heavy weight.

3. Breath in as you are lowering the weight toward you.

4. Breath out as you are pushing the weight away from you.

5. Keep going until your muscles fail.

This exercise is great for working out the total chest and shoulder area. You′ll feel it in your triceps (especially if you use a narrow grip) and in your lats too. Take care to do a good workout using lower weights to warm up the area before lifting. You′ll be able to tell the difference in your workout if you “prime” the muscles using a warmup that builds to the desired weight like this.

For example, if you lift a maximum weight of two hundred and twenty pounds, you should warm up with a weight of ninety pounds for fifteen repetitions. Increase the warm up to one hundred and forty pounds for eight repetitions, and then one hundred seventy pounds for four repetitions. Finally, increase to two hundred pounds for one repetition. This will make sure that your muscles are warmed up completely before you begin your bench presses. The bench presses will be done until your muscles fail, so keeping your muscles warmed before you workout is very important.
